For the Alliance to achieve it’s mission, it will take an outpouring of involvement from people who share our vision. 

How to Help the Elakha Alliance:

  1. Sign Up for Our RAFT Monthly Newsletter: The best way to stay informed and up to date on sea otter restoration efforts in Oregon is by subscribing to our RAFT newsletter. Stay engaged, learn the latest news, and be part of the journey to bring sea otters back.
  2. Donate: We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on public support to continue our work. Even a small commitment—like becoming a monthly donor for as little as $5—makes a big impact in helping us move forward with our mission. Every contribution brings us one step closer to restoring sea otters to Oregon’s coast!
  3. Send A Letter to your Oregon Representatives: We’re asking Oregonians to fill out our Action Alert to send a letter your local representatives letting them know you want sea otters back to Oregon!
  4. Attend an Event: View our Events Calendar and attend any upcoming event. 
  5. Invite Us to Speak: Invite an Elakha Alliance representative to speak to your classroom, business, or non-profit group. 
  6. Volunteer: While we have minimal volunteer opportunities,  it is helpful for for people to fill out this form and include your certain skillsets that might be beneficial for upcoming projects (i.e. graphic design, photography, research, public engagement, data entry, etc.).
